Safety Standards & Policies
Mission Statement
Product safety is extremely important to all of us at Toysgoingviral.com. We are committed to providing you and your family with safe toys and activities to enjoy for years to come.
Our commitment to safety means that we are vigilant about tracking product recalls, and will immediately remove recalled toys from our shelves. We also insist on compliance to US and international safety standards for lead, small parts, sharp edges, and other hazards. At KimmyShop.com, we love children and babies, and combining a safe and secure shopping experience with the toys and characters you love is our number one priority.
Toy Recalls
In the event of a toy recall, Toysgoingviral.com will remove the affected item from our shelves at once. Toys are recalled for a variety of reasons, including unsafe lead levels, choking hazards, sharp edges, or fire hazards. Toys that have been recalled should be removed from the reach of children right away. Recalls often come with their own return instructions. Depending on the scope and scale of the recall, consumers may be instructed to return parts or entire items to the manufacturer or the original retailer.
CPSIA Compliance
The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), mandates third party testing of all goods for children under the age of 12 and requires manufacturers to permanently label each item. The CPSIA was created in response to lead-tainted toys and pthalates in plastic baby bottles which were manufactured in China and sold in the United States. CPSIA testing includes screening for lead, small magnets, sharp parts, and Phthalates/PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride). Toysgoingviral.com is careful to select only toys that meet or exceed these federally mandated standards.
Toy Gun Policy
As part of our dedication to safety, Toysgoingviral.com does not sell toy guns that have a realistic appearance, or could be mistaken for a real gun.
